M.C.S. Mortgage Company's President, Cindy Stephens, was born in Reno, Nevada and raised in Washoe Valley. Cindy worked for First Interstate Bank for eight years. In 1992 when First Interstate Bank decided to "centralize" their processing of real estate loans, Cindy and her husband, Mark, founded their own processing company, M.C.S Processing. Several small mortgage companies contracted M.C.S. Processing to process real estate loans. M.C.S. processed all loan types including Conventional, VA, FHA, and CHB.
In June 1994, Cindy and her husband purchased one of the small companies and started M.C.S. Mortgage Company. Over time they have accomplished many things. The most significant is becoming a "Referral-Based" company. M.C.S. Mortgage Company's clientele consists of repeat and referred customers. Exceeding the expectations of the client is the highest priority. We serve them in such a way they feel confident in referring our services to their family, friends and associates who are in need of real estate financing.
M.C.S. Mortgage Company is growing by leaps and bounds. We have systems in place that will help you achieve your financial goals. Financing a home can be stressfull. Our systems help to alleviate the stress by educating the client and making the process "fun".
